The bloat is leaving
I've done it, I've lost 5 pds, 20-25 more to go..........I am encourage and determined to work harder next week. Lookout Montreal here I come.

Wonderful wednesdays
Awwwww wednesdays, mid week, this is my hard day. I'm grumpy, edgy and I crave junk. Tomorrow will be better because it's so close to a cheat meal. I'm heading to the gym for a late night workout, and I'd rather go to bed. A day with the daycare kids and my kids, dryland training for my oldest hockey, this is crazy, I still got to get some food made.
After all that complaining I remember my goal and what it takes to get there.
I want to step on that stage feeling like a million bucks, so I pick up my energy, and here I go for one good workout.

Monday is over
Monday is over, I'm getting ready for bed.
I did my workouts, shoulders and some back and then a good session of cardio.
My eating was clean so good for me, I made it.
Anyone watch Oprahs new shows....it was good, looks like a good week for Oprah.

Monday and here we go
It's monday tomorrow and here I go!!!
On the road to training to be a figure champion at the Canadian Natural Championships in Montreal, March 21st.
I have some weight to lose, 25-30 pounds....OUCH!!!
So I'm preparing meals and my workout plan for the week. The most important, in my opinion is the mental preparation, I have a bad relationship with sugar and tomorrow it comes to an end. My new and healthy attitude towards food is starting and so is my new exercise regimen.
